And also. I must add that i was finally seen by the rep. I waited a hour to sign one paper. And she never asked me my name. And never asked for ID. I could have been anybody! Signing that paper.  Thank you god i dont bank with money one federal credit union. Very poor service. I was doing auto refinance by the way!
