I must say I have had a good thing with this bank maybe not this location but Wisconsin Ave was great to me after my ID was stolen in the past my name is so messed up they was the only ones willing to help me start to fix things with opening a New account for me.

 Even though I had to come to this branch three days in a row to get my account resolved, everyday that I've came they always did my best to help me out in so many ways!

I walked into this bank to cash my check on Friday which is a normal routine and I had told the teller to deposit it into my bank account. She then explained to me that it would be put on hold for 5 days making no sense. These people are ridiculously uneducated in the fact that this was not a personal check but a corporate check. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BANK WITH THIS INSTITUTION THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!
