Kevin was very nice and very friendly and personable on the phone. He kept me in the loop as far as the time frame was concerned. I liked that very much!!! Ruben was marvelous. I called Tuesday afternoon and was given an appointment for the very next day at 8:00am. At first there was a miss communication with my address but it was quickly resolved. Daniel the service plumber who was dispatched to me arrived on time. He was truly THE BEST OF WHAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN A DISPATCHED SERVICE TECH. We reviewed my plumbing problem together, he explained the best possible solution, gave me a price quote, went directly to work and completed it in a timely fashion then cleaned up behind himself. The price was as he quoted - ( I felt it was a bit pricey ) but he did deliver top quality work and the price was as he quoted- and not a penny more! Job well done Daniel! I would recommend this company to anyone who desires top quality professional service.

Monkey wrench is an excellent and very professional company. They arrive on time; they know what they are doing. The customer service is outstanding. I have used them for all my plumbing needs. We have little children and we woke up one morning and there was no hot water. I called a friend who referred me to Monkey Wrench. When I called the company I explained it was an emergency. They arrived quickly. The staff and service were amazing. They were friendly and knowledgeable. My tankless water heater was repaired in no time at all. They also took the time to advise us of everything we needed to do to keep our heater operating properly. Now we are enjoying our hot showers and can bathe our little girls!

Integrity, quality, and honesty at a fair price. A sentence almost never used for service providers especially plumbers but perfectly fits the experience of Monkey Wrench. Their use of technology to inform us of their time frames, price point, performance, cleanliness and professional approach really made our experience with them easy and worry free. We would never use a different firm and highly recommend them to all our family and friends. 5-stars and then some!!!
