They say they are 24 hours, but that doesn't seem to be true. I called them TWICE last night. Once at 10:32pm (spoke with Rhonda) and again at 11:03pm (spoke with John) and NO ONE has called me back yet and it's been over 12 hours!!!

Outrageous. I called them and they quoted me $ 250 per faucet to instal in my bathroom. This is a job that I did myself following the manufacturers instructions in 20 minutes each, what would have end up costing me $ 500 had Newton Plumbing done it.. I truly believe that this plumbing company and most others are pricing their work at least at $700 per hour. What a rip off.

I called two days in a row to get help with a broken valve. I left two messages with their staff but never got a call back from the plumber. Very disappointing.

I manage a property of 22 condos. It's an older building so plumbing issues happen about every 3 months or so. We used to have the same plumber do everything, until we caught him taking advantage and overcharging us. Took the plunge and tried a bigger company with a good BBB rating in Newton. They've done 2 jobs for us in the last 2 months and service has been fantastic both times. Suspect that the tough economy has made a lot of companies raise their standards to win business, which is good for consumers like me. If they keep their level of service up, our block will be customers for life.
