This company is very dishonest try to sell me water heater bass on apart no longer available it was just the igniter I pay 140 parts and labor . They try to charge me 16 hundred dolls rip off I would not recommend this company to nobody

GOT RIPPED OFF by this company!! They came over to my place of business they're literally two blocks away from me and said they couldn't  snake it and we needed hydrojetter-- the price was way too high so we said we'd think about it-- BUT THEY STILL CHARGED $120!!! For driving 2 blocks, standing there for 5 minutes and they took $120!!! ???? Ridiculous company!!  Don't use them or you'll get robbed!! Another company took care of the job for 1/2 the cost and did a great job and very professional.  I had to leave this review because I keep seeing the "ritz plumbing" trucks and they piss me off each time thinking how they STOLE $120 from me!!

These guys came to my 95 year old mother's house and told her they needed to rip up her driveway to repair a broken sewer pipe.  The pipe was not broken and was easily cleared by another company using a simple snake.  I would definetely not recommend these guys.

Lady on phone was nice however she asked if i had breaks in the libe as i was getting a hydrajet done on my clogged sick and washer. Told her no as i dont know. She said ok 650 flat. 3 men came out put a camera down the pipe saw a root almost at the end and told me cant do anything but still wanted 650. Rip off. No jet no 90 warrenty only at house 30 mins but still 650. They should at least cut it in 1/2. Then tech tried to get an extra 50 trip charge out of it. Never use company again.

Ritz Plumbing has been our reliable source for plumbing repairs I would believe for nearly 20 years.
Whenever there is a reason with a need for plumbing assistance we call Ritz. The entire Ritz team is great. The team member who answers the phone is courteous, professional and asks when we would like to make an appointment which leaves one with a secure feeling that plumbing assistance is available 24 hours per day. The technicians couldn't be better. Professional and cordial arriving in an identifying name shirt and right on time. They give a reasonable quote and they work quickly while being completely reliable with their work. At times, while working, they may find something additional and they discuss the possible extra work  carefully and with a reasonable price. I know that some people think this may mean they are deliberately trying to make more money which simply isn't true by our experience. Our most recent repairs were completed by their great technicians Willy, Cesar and another technician who was great and I cannot recall his name at present. We always call Ritz without any regrets at all.
