This place is the best place around to get what you need done for your car. I never have to worry about being overcharged or having unnecessary work done. Tony is the face of the place since he's in the front and he always keeps you laughing. He's like Tom Brady but his mechanics are the rest of the Patriots team, they work well together to get your car fixed and have you go on your way. I also like Shane, he is very laid back on the phone and he is quite patient, which hasn't been the case at other car places when I am trying to explain what is wrong, so I truly appreciate his phone manners. 

They tend to get busy so sometimes it's a bit of a wait but it's worth the wait having peace of mind you're in a fair place. I do wish the chairs were more comfortable though! Minus that, I hope corporate honchos show a lot of appreciation to Tony and his team because they are truly good hard working people. You will not be disappointed in the customer service or the work done on your car when you come to Monroe.

Tony is fair and straight to the point, not funky business or tricks here. This is a shop that you can come with a set of mind that the work will be properly done and that you pay what is worth it for. Tony is always very welcoming. I have been doing business with him for a few years now, from brakes to tire changes, to oil changes and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his team. Thanks for the great service!

I have bringing my cars here for well over 20 years. They are a group of hard working guys, and Tony is always honest. Never tries to up-sell you anything. He is awesome!  Knows me by name. Just an all around good guy & an all around great place. I always recommend this particular Monro to any & everyone for oil changes, brake service, whatever. I’m always well taken care of.

I highly recommend this Monro location!  Best service and prices in Connecticut!  I always come to Tony to have my Honda Accords serviced.  I've been bring my Hondas to this location for 20 years!  Tony and his crew ARE THE VERY BEST! He listens to your car problems and is honest & fair.  He repaired my car so it passed emissions!  I'm so pleased!  Thank you, Tony.

I love this place. The staff is so helpful  and friendly. Whenever I am there, I know that my car needs will be taken care of and that they won’t try to sell me things that I don’t need and that the price is always fair.
