I have gone to Monro in North Canton for years.  Mark is the best and is always able to make one feel welcome and special when coming in. His explanations of problems, repairs, services, etc are thorough without making a non-car person feel dumb for not knowing the information. It is obvious he cares for his customers and does everything he can to make a repair as stress free and affordable as he is able. If there is an emergency they are quick to get your car service. I don't just got to Monro, I go to the North Canton Monro and it is because of Mark and his team.  Although I enjoy going for car repairs as much as going to the dentist I appreciate Mark when I must have a repair. Thanks Mark for always being so helpful, informative, and pleasant!  -Gary H.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Chris serviced my vehicle and was thorough with his evaluation. I wound up replacing half of my lug nuts to fully chromium ones from the steel nuts plus tin covering. This was to reduce the hassle of trying to loosen the tin coverings in the future due to swelling. I enjoyed chatting with Mark about different vehicle service options and I was not pressured into any options. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back for future service.

They have an amazing staff. Mark was very nice and cheerful when answering the phone to make an appointment. Andrew and Mark were very kind to show me exactly what was going on with my car, and helped me save money (which was a major concern for me) by asking to see with my dealer about the warranty. I appreciate how the crew goes above and beyond to make their customers happy! Bring your car here!!

This is a great Monro location! I have visited 3 other Monro's in the Canton area and this store is by far the best. The team at this location was friendly and inviting. They made me feel good about the mechanics who would be working on my car. I went to this location for an oil change and got helped out with much more to ensure my car was running correctly. Thank you to Mark and Chris for the great experience!
