Asked the manager to come out and look at a part on my vehicle to identify the correct part that I needed, he walked out but didn`t want to bend over to look at it b/c he was too lazy. He claimed arthritis lol Off to O`Reilly I went, they took care of me. I think his name was Steve.

EDIT (9/25/17) Things are looking up! I have had much better, and more pleasant, service here over my past three visits. My original opinion was based on several visits, but the recent visits are encouraging. ORIGINAL POST: Difficult to get service here. Employees seem knowledgeable, although sometimes a little grumpy. Customers should prepare to wait a few minutes at the register before an employee notices you're ready to check out.
