Initially I has an issue with service from the main st location however I was astounded by the superior service and follow up by the district manager Ken M, Manager - Kareem and Store Associate- Drew. Dear god what a team. Reminds of the organization and service Sam Walton started. Hats of and keep up the good work!!!!

The muffler heat shield thingy came loose on my Mazda 2 when I drove 5 hours to visit friends here in Hartford. The technician fixed it in five minutes for free!! Super friendly and quick, great work!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the professionalism of Kareem, Alex and the techs who work at this location on Hartford Rd. My car's accelerator was out, muffler destroyed, needed new tire, alignment and this was ALL DONE IN 1 DAY! And affordable. The turnaround time was incredible. Please pass the word and bring your vehicles to Munro on Hartford Rd for service. Thank you!

I was here 2 weeks ago and got oil change after my oil change the new ear phone that I bought was gone so I go back and told the guy he says "oh I will find out " next day when I went back he says I will go through my corporate office and get the gift card of how much it was worth back to me. Went back every other day they say " it's processing" and finally today I went back they say they can't get me because there is something on the paper saying that they aren't responsible for any of the stuff in my car. Why can't they tell me that 2 weeks before so I can call the damn police and file the police report. I call the corp office didn't help , left the voice mail on regional managers phone never got back the call. I work at the same plaza and this happen. Please don't go here u can't trust someone with ur car maybe they might put different stuff like cheaper oil or cheaper quality stuff and take the money out of ur pocket. Let see if this helps to get me somebody to help

Three people at the store doing oil change on two cars, took me 45 min. Worst service ever go to valvoline few bucks more but very professional and less time consuming
