Nice management, location is good. Clean.

5-12-18. After staying a few more times at Monroe Motel, I don't want to go anywhere else in Monroe WA when I stay the night. The people in the office remember my name and what rooms I prefer. And they try to accommodate me when possible. Nice! Clean rooms.

It leaves something to be desired but then again its good to want sometimes.  Its not all bad its probably more like 65% good, 10 % in the grey, 20% you'll never see or care about and 5% or less bad.  There is a river that runs thru the property.  There are sliding patio doors that open up to a lush green lawn in the back of the establishment and that is where you will find the river.  I believe its a spawning river so if you book a room at the right time you might see some wild salmon or steelhead passing by.

We stayed in older part of motel (weren't given choice) Spacious room with kitchenette, but smelly and dirty. This property is in a trailer park, we had an exciting night as the police showed up at the trailer park. A/C was broken, no screen on windows, neighbor's cigarette smoke piled in. Wouldn't stay there again.

Manager was very unprofessional.  and the rooms are very dirty and neglected.
