We had a lovely surprise waiting when we checked in. Thank you so much to the staff at the Residence Inn for helping make our 44th anniversary even more special. (see attached photo). This gesture and the courteous, efficient staff earns a 5+ rating. The upstairs room faced the greenbelt and was quiet and clean. I took a rating point off for a chair that was in serious need of upholstery cleaning or just a new chair, the sparsely stocked kitchen, no aluminum foil or storage bags, napkins, wine glasses, and the full breakfast that came free with the room - oatmeal (glue), waffles (only 1 waffle maker and long wait). Overall though, our stay was very enjoyable and a great experience.

Wonderful place to stay for my brief trip to nearby Woodinville area. All employees were friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was decent and had a good mix of hot and cold offerings. Wifi was included in the room and at the lounge. The room was cozy and had a small kitchen, great for making something small when you miss home cooking. Great place to stay.

Nice hotel with detached suites. Pull in under the awning to check in, because they will assign your room which will most likely have much closer parking. Got a standard room here. Plenty spacious for a short overnight stay or for a few days. They had breakfast in the AM and dinner in the evenings in the main building. A little out of the way from Seattle or Redmond or Bellevue, but good option if rates are too high elsewhere

This place is falling apart and I suspect unhealthy.  Mildew smell.  The floor had a clear hump, rise and fall.  Cracks in the drywall.  Stains.  Exposed wiring in a wet area.  That was our room.  Others in our group had a wet floor, water leak when they checked in.  New room, smelled like mildew as well.  Range fan did not work which made cooking very interesting.  Coffee maker popped the breaker...  We will not stay here again.

Residence Inn is located at quite neighborhood, staff is helpful, rooms are spacious, gym have 2 machines one is treadmill and other one is cross-trainer, breakfast is good (however veg options are less), WiFi is fast (however it drops sometimes), overall excellent. I always enjoy staying here.
