Every one there was friendly. I like the verity of flavor's and other colored vape pens and accessories i would recommend anyone who is trying to quit smoking to go to monster vape.

Everyone is very informative and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is that there is not a wider variety of nicotine levels, I was slowly getting off nicotine by leveling down but when I got to six and wanted something lower the only thing they had was a 0. So I tried it but ended up buying cigarettes because it was to big of a jump. Not too happy with that considering I had quit back in March after 24 years of smoking. And now I'm back smoking trying to find a new cape place that offers all nicotine levels. Its a shame because I love monster cape and the ppl there and now I get to start all over. Boo.

Excellent customer service. The employee's we're very friendly. The manager was awesome gave us some knowledge about battery use plus safety. Also gave a discount, I will recommend this Vape store 100%.

Only good for someone new to vaping, but the prices are steep for the quality of juice. Try a few juices, get burned out, go find a real vape store

I have been a customer at Monster Vape for almost a year now, and up until now the service was great. I went in to collect my free bottle of e juice and was told someone else claimed it. I asked how and all I was told was "OOPS". Oops to me is not an explanation. I will be looking for a new store and I have heard that there is one that is supposed to be fantastic in Portland Texas. Sorry Monster Vape but you are losing a good customer and everyone I have referred to you will be leaving with me.
