Now i know why this store has such a horrible rating!! Still trying to get a  correction on a mistake they made in October. Spoke with a very rude unprofessional male manager. Not the type of customer service im use to with tmobile.

The girls lie to customer's point blank saying the credit check is "a soft check, that doesn't affect your credit score whatsoever".

WAITED 30 MINUTES AND WERE ASKED IF WE NEEDED HELP BEFORE CLOSING AND 15 MINUTES AFTER CLOSING  THE GIRL COMES BACK AND TELL US THEIR COMPUTERS WENT DOWN, BUT YET A CUSTOMER WAS STILL BEING HELPED ON ONE OF THE COMPUTERS, WE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH T MOBILE SINCE THE BEGINNING, BUT STARTING TO WONDER IF IT'S TIME TO MOVE ON TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER, WORST  CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST.....
