Very RUDE female salesperson! As soon as we walked in she expressed an attitude. I don't care to spend my money or time in a place where the staff has zero social skills, zero personable sales skills! Leave your problems at home! Would not recommend this place at Moore Plaza. Go to the one on Alameda.

Typically i cannot bear the thought of going into an at&t store, but this is by far the best at&t i have been to. Emerald wallace (wonderful lady who works there) has helped me 3 times and each time has provided nothing but the best customer service. I am so pleased with her, and she is a great asset to the at&t team. Thank you.

Worst technical support I have ever encountered. They took 2 1/2 hours to simply transfer my service from T Mobile to AT&T. In the process they broke my practically new 2 month old phone, and then screwed up the billing and plan. The tech didn't even know how to insert a SIM card. The store manager, "Nick", refused to meet with me a few days later after AT&T customer service said they wanted to give him a chance to "make it right". Stay away from this store. I'd give less than one star if possible.

I had a lot of time to get the best way to use my Galaxy 5 mini .I'm not sure if this is the best one four me. Maybe I should have the Galaxy 7.That seems to be a much better than this one.

Was busy and they seemed understaffed till we realized they were chit chatting at the door. We signed in to get help when we got there and when we asked why we were not being helped while they were talking amongst themselves we were told "you did not tell us you were ready" and we're given attitude.
