99.9 percent of the time is a great experience. This is probably my 1 bad experience.
So I have been a regular here since summer of 2013 so four and a half years (not to come off as entitled or whatever). I come 4 times a week and usually get a triple meat bowl. Tonight I was served by a girl with braces who was very rude. I came in and she asked what I wanted and I said "a bowl to go". She didn't hear me so I simply repeated myself and when I did she replied in a smart ass tone "uh I'm sorry I can't hear."  Then she continued to act like that, pointing out the obvious to me in a smart tone telling me what kind of rice they have when I'm clearly looking right at it. When she puts in the rice the bowl is already full... When I told her for meat, tonight I only wanted double chicken it looked more like a single portion or maybe a portion and a half. I also explained why she maybe couldn't understand me earlier and after I did she replied in that annoying voice again asking me if I'm okay but asking it like she thought I was stupid. 
So... Though I've came here regularly over the years I will no longer come if I she she's working. Though irritated, I'm not trying to get this person fired. But I'm not coming inside if they're working because I'll get shorted on meat and I'll just get my blood pressure up.
Rest of the staff is fine

Meh. The employees are ill informed when it comes to keeping food safe for people with Celiac disease. I have gotten sick from eating here more than once.

I wish I could give it zero stars. 
I went there today extremely hungry. Music was so loud & the staff was making so much noise, I literally had to scream my order for a veggie bowl. There were no fajitas. 
Things I observed:
While serving meat they are so  reckless that  pieces of meat just spill onto fajitas.
 When they lifted the containers to refill, water from beneath the containers dripped over remaining containers with food and also onto the bowls they were serving to many customers including me. 
                    Looks like no body cares about the cleanliness . I tried to tell one of the staff regarding this, obviously he could not here. When I tried to point out ,he yelled at me "don't cross over". After the veggie bowl was ready he just put some raw bell peppers and onions on the top. 
It's very sad that Chipotle  has become customer unfriendly and unclean place.
