Had a great experience going to this school. My teacher Rhoda was great. I still quote her all the time. The location was great despite the parking garage situation.
The material covered is intense. But after studying and doing the practice exams I passed both the school and the state exam no problem.
If you are not motivated and don't like to study then don't bother trying to take this course. 
Unlike what other reviews said Rhoda taught us many valuable things you best pay attention too.
You really get what you put into it. So if you think you just show up and pass guess again.

GREAT SCHOOL for real estate agents. Lots of material to cover, so expect to do a lot of reading. I am semi-retired, thought I'd get my license to keep busy, and I have owned a few properties. The most recent agent I tried to work with was so bad, I figured might as well do it myself! The Instructor was easy to follow and I was glad the textbook was partially read through in class. I got the required time in, and didn't have to do all of it, except re-read and refresh at home. Your methods may vary! Glad they were not trying to recruit you. Some students in my class had that at another school where they didn't pass.

I really enjoyed taking the real estate course at the Montclair School of Real Estate.
My instructor was very thorough and emphasized all the terms and material from each chapter.
You should attend all the classes and committ to understanding all the information presented. 
There is a lot of information and it is imperative that you study and review. The course prepares you for the state exam.

Outstanding Instructors! The BEST REAL ESTATE SCHOOL in NORTH NJ! I passed the state exam and felt confident because I understood the material I learned. Really supportive environment, with a lot of schedules. My job gives me little time off, but I managed to get it done with making up one class.

Had an excellent experience at the Montclair School of Real Estate. The instructor was very thorough and the course material translated very well to the state exam. I passed on the first try. I am currently a Licensed salesperson in the state of NJ. Highly recommended!
