Pros: 
Dog friendly! There's baggie dispensers all over the complex. Most everyone is respectful enough about space if you don't have the most well behaved pooch. And it's nice. 

Management: Chuntae and Alejo are helpful, kind, responsive, and diligent. They also work damn hard from what I've seen. 

Cons:

If you're facing the street, you're screwed for noise. The street traffic noise can shake the walls. It's worst on Friday nights and weekends, but you can promise at least a handful any given evening. But that's the neighborhood. Dumb people, who put thousands of dollars into making their car or bike as loud and obnoxious as possible. 

If you face Hansen Village, the old sister complex, you'll have to deal with their impromptu parties in their communal area which can go well into the night. It's worst in the Summer. But for what it's worth, they seemed to have toned it down in the last year or so. 

If you live here, live in the back. Not facing the street, Hansen, or the pool. 

Finally, the rent is astronomically high for what this place is. And they just raised it again not too long ago. 

Be prepared to look at $1700 a month for a one bedroom.

You'll ask them if they're joking. They are not. 

While management is great, and I can't be more happy with them. The owners of this complex are greedy and foolish. And we've had a rash of vacancies since they jumped up the price. Imagine that. It's just not an appropriate price for the neighborhood. Not yet. 

It's not a bad place to live if you can deal with the price, noise, and neighborhood.

I recently toured with the manager and she was very nice. They did not have any available 2 bedrooms at the time, but she offered to put me on a priority waitlist. I think her name is Shante but she really knew the area well, and she was quite persistent that I almost rented a one bedroom just to move into the community until a 2 bedroom was available. We ran into a couple of residents and they offered their opinions about how great the office team was and how I should move into the place. I am still considering it so maybe I will rent soon. I give this place 4 stars because they did not have a 2 bedroom to show. Great tour, also did I mention there are snacks everywhere???? If anything go there just to eat.

I have been living at this community for 9 years and by far this is the best management team I've witnessed. The manager is honest and helpful, Alejo is always kind and the maintenance guy Santos  is efficient. The property looks amazing and I am excited ièto see what they do next! I'm k.

I have lived here about 18 months, three managers during that time.  Building was sold about a year ago and a lot of upgrades and refurbishments going on, which can be disrupting, but now that things are nearly done, the noise and worker activity have calmed down.  Current manager is very responsive and maintenance supervisor also very good.

After seeing the two year old ratings, I decided to give a more up-to-date perspective. The manager that everyone complained about is gone. Manny, the new manager, is awesome. We have had few problems and the ones we have had were solved quickly. This is a great apartment complex if you have pets. The only con is for a couple months the washers continuously stayed broken but even that hasn't been a problem for a while. Overall, a great experience.
