Recently sold, new owners take over in a month. Old owners were dishonest and did not maintain the park or charge the same rates for the same number of people. They also buried old rvs and trash on San benito county land illegally

Very dirty advertising says pool no pool it is filled in with dirt. All spaces filled with live in people no spots for over night camping  they turned us away.

Lived there for 9 months the RV was nasty rat turds and mold throughout the RV and not to mention how many pedophiles live in the RV Park. I did in fact meet a couple of nice people.
