Not a good place to store your RV, this winter it flooded, no call from the manager. She was sure to call when I was late with​ a rent payment tho. I had keys hidden outside the RV, for the chance that someone needed to get in. When I asked her why she didn't call she said she did, that was a lie, I'd love to subpoena here phone records, I wonder if I could without suing? She left another RV down there as well, he was never notified, I've talked to him. It flooded again after I got my rig out, his was still there. I might as well throw in that the storage area used to be a creek bed, it had been filled in with trees and debris from turning the old ranch into the RV park, then a foot of dirt was pushed over the top. The flood washed the dirt out from under my RV leaving it precariously sitting on rotting logs.

We have owned an RV for a year and have traveled many Western States so far. As a result, I have come to appreciate this hidden jewel. I saw a review saying the space was tight but by far, these are the most spacious accommodations with bushes screening privacy between neighbors.  Though just five miles from downtown Morgan Hill, it is out in the country with occasional turkeys, quails and bunnies passing through. It is not slick and high tech but scenic and home spun with a friendly, laid-back vibe. I LOVE the nighttime quiet and dark skies where you can actually see the stars.

Nice RV park/retirement community until someone runs a load of laundry with a shower going and the sweage backs up all over your lot. Bonus points for sewage backup at dinner time.

This is a very nice park. The manager is very friendly. The park is clean and very quiet. Our only drawback is the wifi is weak and there is no cable tv.
