On the 4tj of July me and my family got rear ended. Everyone got stub up and come to the ER. While we was waiting in the waiting room. Me and my boyfriend went outside to make a phone call while we was outside the Dr.Ghodasara Dilip stood outside and listen to your phone call.when it was time to be seen by the doctor he comes in and tells us that we didnt get hit that hard and done ur exam based on overheraing your conversation, I forgot to mention before he even saw one of us we heard him talking about we are just druggies looking to score .  the sad part is now I am actually hurting but I pride won't take a god damn thing from them.

I came all the way from Charleston cause I was told they were the best hospital but yet I sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs. When I finally went to the back the doctor kept asking me is that all after I would explain something to him. I went in there for upper right stomach pains, vomiting, n diarrhea n this doc is asking me about when I had sex, if it hurt, does it hurt when I peed, am I burning or itching down there. Then he said that he's not giving me anything for pain until my results come back cause I looked like a drug abuser. I've never ever in my life been treated like this. I haven't been on drugs in over 10yrs n it sure the hell wasn't any hard drugs! I will never ever go there again

I have had 3 visits to the E.R. and many visits to y new Dr. Charles Burdette and all of them has been met with excellent care and great care. Dr. Burdette found out what was wrong with my  lower back  when many trips to CAMC was not able to. I had suffered for more than 5 months with severe pain in my lower back kept me awake day and night and at times trying to lean against they wall to try and sleep. Thank you to Dr. Burdette and staff.Dave (ER}.Andrea (ER), Michelle (ER) and both of the doctors in ER (who names I do not remember) and the 2 Xray techs (who names I do not remember). Also I want to thank Thomas Morris and all his helpers for the kindness they showed to me several months back and to Gina in the Sleep Study Lab.....I pray I did not miss anyone and if I did when you come to my mind I hope I remember to write how kind and caring you were also. Melanie in the lab you are the best sticker I have had in the last 10 years of being stuck and missed and stuck and missed. Thank you also to the staff in  xray and to the people who sign you in. You all have been great.!!! MarySue

Waiting times are very long but the doctors and nurses are very precise.
