Nice place, showers are way over priced but the facility was clean and nice place to stay. Great dog run area.  Rate was affordable.  Shower not much.

We stayed at Monument for one month, as we have family and friends in the area. The park is very convenient from I-70 in Fruita.  The park is medium-sized, all gravel sites. The roads are paved, and there is a smallish dog park. The Park is well maintained, and staff is helpful.

This Park has many seasonal or full-time residents, but they keep their sites tidy. There is a small pool (closed for the season) and an outdoor hot tub (open year-round). 

Monument is very close to the Colorado National Monument, local grocery, and several restaurants. We will stay there again on our next trip.

Wonderful People! Great Service and wonderful campground! We will be back! Clean, modern and very well kept! Don't pass by! The negative reviews are jilted former employees of the old owner - sour grape lies! Never heard a train, tons of cable channels, great dog run, and NO RACIST REMARKS! They lost their jobs because they didn't do their work!

This is a wonderful small RV park. The people are very friendly, they have pull throughs, the park is very clean and quiet. There are several good restaurants within an easy walking distance from the park, and a very nice state park with a lake across the street.

 Let's say good stuff first. Nice restrooms ! Poor security. And the staff forgot to leave the keys out as promised so I slept in the state park outside on my blanket. Their was a nice man who was a guest, who actually helped me. The RVs are parked like sardines. Rock and gravel. No grass and the view is minimal at best. More like a fancy storage lot. Tenting is a Salk square up against a wall for about $30. Goo stay in the park if you want to see anything. Not pleased. And felt vey confined. Its clean though. Clean gravel lot.
