Called just to schedule an appointment. Couldn't even schedule an appointment because the whole time whomever answered the phone was arguing with someone else. Very unprofessional and ghetto. I hung up without scheduling an appointment. I will take my money elsewhere.

Instead of individual mink extensions,she glued 4 extensions to 4 of my lashes. They were super thin with gaps. The next day I had a severe ALLERGIC reaction. My eyes were swollen shut the next morning. When I contact them they did not have the glue remover and was unable to remove the lash extension. I had to go to another salon and pay $35 to have them remove. I purchased this service through Groupon, made an appt 2 weeks in advance. When I showed up for appt I was told the only way to keep my appt was to cancel my Groupon and they will honor the same rate. I wish I would have just left.

Moon is amazing! She will definitely fleek your eyebrows and lashes every time! She is the only person I will go to in Huntsville. She also does a great job on Brazilian waxing
