Yes the staff I saw were very efficient back on January 4th 2017, I asked how long will it take for my new green card to be delivered to me and they replied about a month. It's now July 20th 2017 and still no green card, I phoned the USCIS helpline and spoke to a representative who said they are still processing August 2016 applications so I am hanging on I can't get a job without a green card, apply for benefits or food stamps so I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. I eventually got my Green card at the end of October 2017 that must be a World record for slowness.

We have nothing but good things to say about this office and USCIS. We submitted my wife's N-400 Application for Naturalization (i.e., citizenship) in June of 2017. USCIS promptly acknowledged the application and set a biometrics appointment for late June. That appointment was kept and an appointment for the citizenship interview was set for August 15th. That interview was conducted and successfully completed. My wife now has been scheduled for her oath ceremony. I don't know how it could go any smoother than that. The staff at the office was friendly and helpful.

This office is the worse office ever. As a active duty military service member they do not move fast on naturalization cases or any case at all, by my observation and experience, currently. That should be expedited by law. All they do is provide confusing information. If you are a service member do not use this office. They do not represent what the United states stands for and obviously based on other reviews by service members you can tell they do not honor us as military members that serve and fight for their freedom and thr country's freedom. Which ultimatey allows them to be at peace and have a job. They have my file from April and my background checks are yet to come back. I did my interview and English history civics test and my background is pending for a couple of months now and holding up my progression to have a schedule naturalization oath ceremony. I am from Florida and it's way more diverse with immigrants and overpopulated and when I applied for a green card, years ago, the process was fast, professional and on point and information was provided. Like one person said in a review all they do is sit on file, and not do their job. This is an awful office and their processing time is disgusting. I warned military members stay away from here. Let's see if I'll hear from them before the week ends, or any update on my case.

So I live in Tulsa oklahoma. I got a letter last month in July for me to appear on August 10th at 10:25 am for my naturalization test. So I took a day off work to come for the test well prepared, I come in at 10:10 am sit until this guy says my name who has this piece of paper with him and he goes I think your appointment has been cancelled and I was like no you're joking and he's like no I am not let me see your green card so he leaves comes back after 10 minutes telling me my appointment has been cancelled and I was like but you guys sent me that paper and he said yes but we called you, (they never called me or they called but the wrong number) I haven't changed my phone number since 2008, I have had the same phone number since 2008, and plus if I had received a call why didn't they leave a voicemail? So anyways he's like follow me so I follow him to find a pen so I can give him my phone number so he can call me to let me know what number they probably called and give me a status on my appointment for naturalization test. So I wasted my day and I don't even get compensated this is some B.S. like seriously who does that. I wish I could give them zero stars to be honest but I'm gonna give one bc the security guard was very nice.
