Their are 2 ladies at the front office in security are the first ones you meet. One of them obviously hates their job & miserable. I’ll let you guess which one once you go because it’s super easy. She’s rude. I think she thinks she’s the security guard for the president. Other than that, it’s cool courthouse I guess
The map app says that your destination is on the right when it is really on the left. Other then that I love this app and use it all the time.plus I sometimes use when I know where i am going and wanting to c the shortest way to go. Like I said I love the google map app Thank You
With the exception of the professional and courteous guard at the door, it was disgusting. I've never sensed that much evil in one place. Be prepared to deal with over inflated egos, rudeness, and disregard for your rights. The officials are smug and apparently miserable . They smirk and seem to delight in other people's misery. Truly sadistic, their idea of justice is more than slightly askew.
Do not speak to Sherry in the clerks office she will ask you for your last name. Put you on hold for 1.5 hrs minimum and never answer your question. I'm sooooooo happy I don't live in this county. They don't seem to know anything including spelling and listening skills
Never been here. Got a bogus ticket for a sign in a bush. Told im not allowed cell phones even though i have evidence on them. Told to go wait outside in line in 20degree weather. Rude. Dismissive. Unprofessional. Compaired to other courts this one needs an overhaul in management and customer service. We pay your salaries the most you could do is invite us inside and be nice when its cold out! WOW! Just got done after 3 hours to get through 40 people.....no judge. 1 cop in the whole building. Place is run by rent-a-guards. No DA. They give you the option to pay them, take a reduced sentace and pay $265 which is probly $100 more or get a trial. Great way to waste peoples time and rob them. Get it together mooresville
DA agreed to do miss two charges back in NOV. they only dismissed one and not the other even tho its in the court transcripts that she said yes she would. Iredell county just keep getting away with violating people right.
So unprofessional & disrespectful. Not. Organized what’s so ever for a legal place. And have people wait outside like animals no matter the weather
The older white woman who works at the cashier station has the WORST attitude I’ve ever seen. After having to pay $780 I should at least be greeted nicely.
Mooresville Courthouse is the most unprofessional and rudest Courthouse I've ever been in.Citizens ordered by security to stand outside until lunch is over.This is a County building paid for by taxpayers.The Most important fact is there are no jury trials.Iredelle County has filthy dumpy Courthouses where is the taxpayers money?
How can I call the courthouse and get a disconnected number? I call back and it tells me that the number or code you have dialed is incorrect. This is the number from the nccourts.gov website?!
