I've rented with them for three years. They come out quickly if there is an issue. The office staff is good to work with. Maybe one of the best I've ever rented from.

This rental company is one of the worst rental companies in Springfield Missouri. They don't want to fix anything ever. It can be six degrees in the house and they won't come out and fix the heater until they're damn good and ready. The women that work in the office or rude ass b******. They think just because they have a little money they can throw around their weight. They're literally the scum Lords of Springfield and Republic. On top of that if you asked 100 people that have ever rented from them 98 of them never got their deposit back. They have it set up so you'll never get it back. Worst company non-ethical place I've ever seen
