Looks good inside and the bathroom was really clean. But the service was so bad. The waitress doesn't greet good morning or anything. I asked for separate plate for French toast but it put on the same plate with omelette. She came around with coffee refills but nothing for ice tea. I had ice tea. Food was decent but took 13 minutes for eggs. She never came back after serving my plate I wanted Tabasco but halfway done. The tops of the bottles are dirty with hard old residue on them. Then she grabbed my dirty plates with out asking and dropped my bill on the table. I drive all over North America and enjoy eating at real family restaurants. But it seems that people don't want to be at work on a holiday. I should just buy the whole building and put a parking lot the is how bad my service was.

Love this place! It's our family's tradition to come here every time we get together in Oneonta. Love their salad bar and homemade blue cheese dressing! They changed the King Richard's a few years ago and I liked it better the other way but I would still completely recommend it! They have great steak and peppers and basically I've been very happy with anything I've gotten off the menu. My brother loves their meatloaf and my other brother loves their ham steaks. My mom really loves the Reuben and my sister and I just picked randomly and are always happy, especially if we also get the salad bar! We've never left there unhappy! They also have all these handmade dollhouse items and little scenes in boxes throughout the place. Some people think they are a little creepy but I appreciate the work that went into each of the little pieces of art! Some of the scenes are humerus and others are just amazing!

We stopped on our way home from vacation, after trying two different places that were packed with people. This restaurant ended up being AMAZING, literally the best burger and fries we have ever had! And the waitress was soooooo nice, I wish we had remembered her name! So thank you to the cook and waitress for an awesome meal! You made 4 adults and 2 little ones really happy!

My Mom, Sister and Brother in law went here this past Saturday. My Mom has been here a few times in the past. This was my Sister, Brother in law and my first time here. It was a great experience. The service was outstanding. Every dish ordered was very good. We come out this way every memorial day weekend (Saturdays) . We will be back next year. I want to mention the waitress we had..... She was the best. My Mom did mention to her. I wish I knew her name??? We have her a 20.00 tip.... thank you again !

I don't go here quite as often as I used to, but it's still a very nice local restaurant! Food is usually very good. Gotta try the French fries! And their coffee is quite good in my opinion! Only minor complaint I have is that some of the servers aren't quite as engaging with customers as they could be. That's not to say that they aren't good at their jobs, they are. However, I just feel that often times they just jot down your order, bring you your food, then the bill. Business as usual. I understand that their jobs are demanding, but a little more conversation would be nice.
