What can I say about these guys... OMG! They are amazing. Arnold, Lita, Karina, Jocelyn, Eda have the best customer service in any jewelry store we have ever been to! My wife and I are making MORGAN JEWELRY our home store. They work with you and don't pressure you to buy anything. We love these guys they are the best!

What can I say about the customer service here other than absolutely amazing. They have taken care of me for the past year And Arnold the store manager is just simply the best. He is super nice and friendly and wil always find a way to make you happy. I hardly ever write reviews but had to this time! Don’t forget to ask for Arnold if you want quality service!!

I will be a customer for life! Customer service was absolutely amazing! I felt like family. They went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed! Arnold is the best salesperson ever, welcoming and more than helpful. I will never go anywhere else for jewelry I am a member of the Morgan Jewelry family for life Additional Information - I took my original engagement ring not purchased from Morgan for a repair, the original jeweler in Wyoming didn't join the rings together correctly. Arnold took my rings to get them exactly the way they should be. Called every step of the way because this is a 4 hour drive for me. Said he wanted it perfect and he meant it. I wish more places were so driven to customer service. Well worth the drive to Vegas to ensure excellent service and the commitment to perfection that Morgan and Arnold show!

I love Arnold so much I have been going to him for the last 4yrs and he always makes you feel Welcomed and like family you just get a special feeling when you're with him he cares he listens he understands he never pressures you to purchase something he helps you look for something that you're gonna love And he has amazing taste today he made my day so special i Took my daughter in there to get her 1st necklace we got a mother and daughter set it was the best feeling in the world to see my Queen Kennedy's face when Arnold put her Necklace on this is a gift for life ..Thanks 💖💖😙😙so much ARNOLD PREPENA YOUR A AMAZING PERSON MORGAN JEWELERS DONT KNOW HOW LUCKY THEY ARE TO HAVE YOU ...you truly make a Difference in people's lives...we love you THE GARCIA FAMILY
