The Public Communications Manager (PCM) for the City of Morgantown plans, coordinates, and manages the operations and activities for the city to ensure that the public receives timely and important news and updates.

Mission: To provide outstanding municipal services and support to the citizens, residents, businesses, and institutions of the City of Morgantown based upon the priorities of the City Manager and City Council.

Vision: To develop a City Staff capable of continuous improvement through performance measures (metrics) driven data and visionary proactive leadership. To provide a well-trained and professional staff thoroughly capable of meeting the needs of the citizens, businesses, and higher learning institutions of Morgantown, based upon the priorities established by the City Manager and City Council.
