Why is my water $160 a month to live in Nutterfort but in Clarksburg it was only $60? This isn't right, I'm barely able to pay it and it keeps going up every month!

They lie, they cheat and they will.do anything they have to do to add money to a bill that is not owed. Bill runs about 137 a month at about 3800 usage. Then a bill comes for 7000 usage. Then it will be 4400 then 12000. Once it was 18000. That much water was never used! And they will do this for about 3 months in a row about every 6 months. Had to call psc to force them to adjust for a leak. Then they would not take off for sewage adjustment. Had to call psc Again. Then after all was "adjusted" when the next bill came they took the amount that had been adjusted and ADDED IT BACK IN. They had broken it down into 3 equal payments and had to pay them on top of regular bill. Then had another TINY leak and they sent bill for more than 500. They haven't sent me a bill since last January and tried to say they had them hand delivered! NEVER. They shut it off with no notice. Then charged 50 on top of bill. Then they had all the money at 3:20 and said I had to pay another 50 because it was after hours. They don't close till 4. Then I saw on the paper tney gave me then that said it was 25 for after hours. They said that was old, yet they had just given it to me. Can't wait to leave Nutter Fort
