I had a wonderful experience with Morton & Rudolph, particularly with Carrie. I came in looking to replace my wedding band which had broken beyond repair. Carrie was patient and informative while I mulled over my options. I really wanted a rose cut diamond eternity. She found someone who had loose rose cut diamonds (not easy to do) she brought them in and spent a lot of time going over my options. She found a wonderful designer to create the ring and did it all at a very fair price. It arrived last week and truly exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough about the quality of service I received throughout this entire experience. 
If you are looking for something special, particularly something custom, I would highly recommend Morton & Rufolph. Ask for Carrie she was wonderful!

We were all smiles picking out a Forever Mark Black Label Oval Engagement ring at Morton & Rudolph Jewelers!! Carrie was wonderful to work with sharing ring design ideas and picking out the diamond! Highly recommend!

Jack is absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He will walk you through your journey in buying that special ring. He’ll even take you by the hand if he has to. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I purchased a Forever Mark Black Label engagement ring from Morton & Rudolph.  When I was there months prior to buying the ring, my Fiance came with me to get my watch resized.  She tried on a ring while my watch got resized.  Months later I came back, alone, to purchase a ring, they had her size written down.  This was a surprise to me and it helped A LOT!  Jack and his staff, can't remember everyone's name sorry, were all very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a ForeverMark Black Label Diamond.  My Fiance and everyone who sees it is blown away.  Morton & Rudolph never saw me as a "dollar sign", they saw me as a client who was trying to find the right ring that would make a life long impression.  Needless to say I will be pushing everyone to go here for all their needs!

Feels like a true family jeweler! Making big decisions, like picking a wedding band you will wear for the rest of your life can be hard, but they made it easy. With their guidance and knowledge it wasn't overwhelming at all. They have a beautiful selection and are extremely knowledgeable. 

Carrie was working with my fiance to help him design the most beautiful engagement ring. She made us both feel extremely special when we went in to meet her and tell her about our engagement. She took the time to explain all the details of the ring to me and let me know I can pop in for cleanings at any time. Looking forward to sending my fiance here for future presents know we are in good hands!
