Insurance Appraisal Dates: 2/26/18 - 3/6/18 Senior Appraiser: Daniel W. Campbell Comments: 1. Dan was very professional and explained the process in our initial visit. He answered all our questions and gave us a quote for the appraisal. 2. The appraisal was performed efficiently and documentation was provided for our insurance company. 3. Issue-1: Dan initially indicated that each item would be put on a separate page, so that we could easily separate out items that we would not want listed with our insurance company. However, when we received our final documentation, certain items were grouped on the same page, causing several of the items to spread over two pages. This made providing documentation to our insurance company more difficult. Also, the insurance company does not want the original appraisal to be modified, so cutting and pasting information onto the same page could not be performed. Having one item per page would have been much better for us. 4. Issue-2: Since we have to send the appraisal to our insurance company and keep a copy, it would have been advantageous to have two copies provided by the Appraiser.

Wonderful experience as always! My husband and I had gone to Hamilton to purchase our wedding bands about 8 years ago, now I needed to have my engagement ring reset and they did a fantastic job, we don’t live in the immediate area but via email and through photos and phone, I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Can’t thank you enough and I know I will continue to go to and trust Hamilton for all of my jewelry needs!

If you are in the area and need something appraised, don’t hesitate to bring it to them.

I love Hamilton Jewelers. They have been repairing my family's gems and watches for decades. Their repair department is FABULOUS. They are up front, fair, helpful, reasonable, and accommodating. Frankly, as long as Hamilton Jewelers stays in business, why would I want to go anywhere else for my jewelry and repair needs? A special shout out to Melissa, who is my most recent Hamilton saint.

Amazing staff specially Angie T. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Always care about your budget and most specially very respectful(not pushy at all). Highly recommended!
