First time ever at a Shake Shack. Had burgers the other day so I didn't want red meat. Partner had a Chicago dog and I had a chicken BLT, which was good. Also two orders of fries, vanilla shake and an iced tea to round out lunch. Place is clean and staff are very nice. However, $29.34 for the above mentioned lunch, nothing special in my opinion for what I paid.

The food is good, not the healthiest but burgers & fries! The service is attentive. They double-check your order. Popular spot. Love their green philosophy & progressive approach. It feels like they care, effortlessly. Will be back!

Okay, I know that burgers and fries are subjective (lol)--but here is my take. I am a huge fan of Elevation Burger, but since there are no longer locations close by, I decided to try Shake Shack. So this is going to be something of a comparison: The meat here is not organic and grass fed like Elevation Burger, so going in, I know that I am going to eat something which is unhealthy. Putting that aside, the burger was definitely *drier* than Elevation Burger's. I had to carefully chew while scarfing it down so as not to choke. The bun was tasty. I prefer caramelized onions, but they didn't have them, so I added raw onion, which was not all that thick or fresh tasting. Now, the fries: They were crispy crinkle fries, but generic tasting like what you get at the supermarket. Nothing special at all. I prefer real fries that are fried in olive oil, but the only place to get those, outside of Europe, are well, you guessed it............................

Great Burger place with the fresh feeling behind it. The fries are crispy at the perfect point but i would say they LACK in choices of sauces.... wheres the BBQ or Honey Mustard, or some sort of special sauce... i don't just want boring Ketchup,Mayo and Yellow Mustard. that is something i would use at a BBQ at a park. I want that Boca Quality of Condiments to really give the burger extra flavor or fries. Also add some Appetizers to the menu! I would love some Onion Rings or Mozzarella sticks or Potato Skins. Right across from the college but not enough food selection to Sit back and eat away.

Saw the story on 60 Minuets, so we had to try it out. Very friendly staff. Burgers were extremely fresh and lean, not the least bit greasy and the shake was very good too. I would definitely go back.
