Located in the Grand Marina at the end of the Harbor Master's pier, Mosley's Cafe has a fully enclosed patio and spectacular view of Coast Guard island.

Story

Salty Dog Cafe is the culmination of an idea that sprouted years ago while walking my dogs down at the marina. I kept noticing over and over residents of the marina would have coffee cups from establishments miles away. That is when the idea sparked that the marina needed some sort of coffee and food service and Salty Dog Cafe was born.

As a long time resident of Alameda, I have seen first hand the island's ability to support local businesses and nurture a small idea into a thriving business. I took that first step forward putting all my faith in the community to support an idea that bringing something as simple as coffee and good food to area currently void of it, could change the whole atmosphere of this water front property. I haven't looked back since.

I am so looking forward to our grand opening in the summer of 2015 and the prospect of intermingling again with the very special folks of Alameda.
