I stay at Motel 6 in all 48 Continental United States and this location, though could be the Best because of McDonald's and Denny's in the same parking lot, unfortunately isn't it is however the Worst. There were Roaches everywhere inside and outside the room. The A/C was leaking so bad that they had a bucket under it to catch the water. Stains on the bedsheets and bedspread. No towels or wash clothes. Was completely exhausted or I would have asked for a refund and went across the street to the Howard Johnson. When woke up in the morning to get a shower was when realized there were no towels or wash clothes. So, went to the front desk to get some and the woman there asked how my stay was going, and I told her exactly how bad it was. And, when I mentioned that the A/C was leaking she had the nerve to say "oh I'm sorry we Didn't Know or we'd put you in a different room." I said "Yes You Did Know because who else would have put a Bucket Under It?" She just kept smiling like it was No Big Deal, which was Like A Slap In The Face!!! She Did Not Offer Me A Discount, She Did Not Offer Me A Refund, and she could see that I stay at Motel 6 All Over but She Did Not Even Offer Me A Free Stay at another Motel 6 to Help Make Up for this Roach Motel!!!! Motel 6 If you Read this, then You Need to Reevaluate All of the Changes that You Have Made Lately!!! You Took Away Trucker Discounts, You Took Away Free Breakfast & Replaced it with Free Coffee Only and Half the Motels Aren't Even Giving Out the Free Coffee Just Like This One!!! You Have Gone Downhill and You're Gonna to Fast, because after All of These Horrible Changes You Even Raised Your Rates by $30 to $40 a Night.. Terrible Move Motel 6 Very Terrible Move!!! Truckers Helped Make You, but They're Word of Mouth about Your Changes Will Be Your Ruin If You Don't Fix this ASAP!!!!!

The room was dirty, food on chairs, hair and dirt in bathrooms and room area, towels had a little odor to them! Staff at front desk were nice.. Housekeeping lady was nice... I requested more towels and front desk said they had none!

Everything went well, but it would be nice if there was an iron in each room and that housekeeping only enter the rooms per request of the guests

I tell you that the ladies that work at your Motel 6 in Bakersfield are some of the smartest of wonderful people I've ever come across they were so kind and very helpful and we are having a bit of a disaster that day but they did nothing but bend over backwards to help us thank you for employing such quality people.

Very helpful front desk staff. Odd shower 🚿 configuration. I guess it's a space saver.
