This wasn't a bad place, but it wasn't the ideal place either. The area is a little sketchy, but compared to the other hotels around, I felt this one was the safest. The room was a basic hotel room. It was a little muggy when we first walked in, but after we turned the AC on it was fine. The bed and pillows were very comfy. However, in the morning, after my husband and I woke up, we were sneezing like crazy. I'm not sure if it was dusty or what, but it was nonstop sneezing until we left the room. The continental breakfast was basic. There was waffles, cereal, toast, and fruit. I'm giving it a 4 star because of the check out service we received. The check in clerk was very nice and friendly. He even called our room to make sure we had settled in and we're comfortable. The check out clerk however was very rude. My husband and I were in line first and we waited for a good 5 minutes. Another customer walked in a few minutes later and instead of asking who was first, she just helped the other customer first. Then when she helped us, she was rude and very unfriendly.

I've stayed here a few times over the past couple of years and every time, it's always been great. Ive always requested a took away from the freeway. The breakfast is pretty lavish for the price and the staff is super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that this time, I kept getting a smell of cat pee but I couldn't find a source of it.

This hotel is in a very quiet location with alot of stores and things to do surrounding you. Its next door to a bowling alley and cafe. The grocery store is less than a block away and gas stations on every corner around the hotel. Very clean the way the room was designed had a calm relax type of vibe. The breakfast was minimal and i would have expected a more extensive menu for breakfast one reason being the hotel has a upper class feel second reason being where they have breakfast is a really. Cute breakfast nook that would actually serve its purpose so much better if there was a better breakfast menu.staff was polite besides the young man that works nights he is very rude and lacks customer service skills and

Staff is great. Rooms are nothing special. The free breakfast waffles are surprisingly delicious. The most memorable part of the stay was the hooker who knocked on my door at 11pm offering her services. If you can afford to, stay somewhere else. Unless youre looking for seemingly homeless hookers.

BED BUGS!!!!!!!! Just went there on september 1, 2017. Had to move rooms 3 different times before I just left. Didn't want to refund me even after I showed them there is bed bugs in one of the rooms. I have pictures below. 2 rooms a/c didn't work which is minor and was glad they were willing to move rooms, but bed bugs is something I dont play with. BEWARE AND CHECK EVERYTHING. I check anytime I step foot in hotel!!!
