I am glad you are giving me the opportunity to fill out the survey. My experience was great. I called the office earlier that morning to discuss an issue and was greatly satisfied with the young lady that I visited with. My question was answered. 
When I came to check in, Deirdre was very nice and professional.  I found my room to be very nice ice. It had looked like it had been recently updated and it smelled wonderful. Deidre even called the room after I got settled to make sure everything was okay.  I appreciated that . I met the security Bard when I was checking in and I was glad to know that they had one of those on the premises. I returned late in the morning to my room and I was pleased to know he came out and walked past where I was on the lower level to make sure everything was okay. Thank you for watching out for my safety as a single woman. If I'm back in St Louis again I will definitely be staying there! You got my five stars!

The heat did not work (in the middle of winter) and the toilet did not work. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke, towels were not clean, and the room was very small. I will definitely not be returning to this or any other Motel 6.

It was a nice clean place. The customer service was great. Stephanie at the front desk was cheerful as we walked in and provided us with a room to stay in. A few problems are that they don't have a microwave, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator or Laundry. Basically this motel is just a clean room to sleep with a high price. If you want to pay the same price and have more amenities, I suggest you try Super 8 across the street.

Lots of bugs, no bed bugs though thankfully. The room obviously had been abused and no one had ever fixed the problems, there was a dent in the bath room door and part of the door frame ripped off so you could tell that someone had broken in before and it was never fixed. The bath tub wouldn't drained and the tub was over all nasty. Do not recommend. Would give negative stars if I could.

Solid motel stopped in for a quick stay passing through to head to Chicago and the room was clean along with friendly stay. Well worth the price
