Out of ALL motels of all different chains, this motel is by far the BEST!!! We are over the road truck drivers and stay here every week for 2 or 3 nights. EVERYONE from management, front desk, housekeeping and maintenance are all very pleasant, helpful and courteous. The property is well maintained and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable. If we ever encounter a problem ( which has been very few ) they are resolved immediately. 
On the other hand if your ever in Laredo don't ever stay at the motel 6 by Danny's / Golden Coral. The staff is extremely rude. The rooms are dirty and we have also encountered cockroaches their. It is well worth the drive to leave Laredo and go to this motel in Pharr TX

Very friendly staff except for one. Very clean rooms. I've rented 4 rooms. Each room was on a different floor each time I've rented. The last time I stayed, I stayed 2 nights in the extension building on the 3rd floor. The housekeeper was very rude. She asked if I wanted housekeeping. I told her "Yes, please". She told me that she'd be back to clean my room but never came back. BUT, I went downstairs to ask when the housekeeper would be up to clean my room. I spoke to a young lady with glasses who introduced herself as the head housekeeper (I don't remember her name. I believe she said Antoinette, or something of the sort). She apologized for the inconvenience and cleaned my room. The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I believe his name was Manny. The other housekeepers and the managers went above and beyond my expectations. I recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here when I need a room. Also, if you NEED a refrigerator and a microwave, they have those available in the extension building. All you need to do is ask for a room in the other building.

I think next time we want to stay in the other building across, it's not as loud and we don't hear people talking or walking by the room.  I wish  the rooms  came with ironing board and blow dryer.  But for the price.. we can't complain...we will be back in June 2018

Great place to stay. Manager Raj very accommodating. And staff was helpful. Room was very clean. Location is great located right on the 281-83 corridor.

Our stay was very pleasant.  Your staff was very friendly and helpful.  The room was very clean and newly renovated.  The only issue was that one of the screws was missing on the security door latch; which I replaced and repaired.  We could have used a blow dryer in the bathroom; however, this was not a serious problem.
