So very happy with our experience. Our daughter had a September Aspen wedding.  Living on the east coast, we were able to plan and execute all of our flowers from the bride's bouquet and headpiece, the groom's boutineer, and the table arrangements for the restaurant at a distance with text, email and phone conversations.  The flowers were perfect.  We highly recommend Jennifer and her crew!!

The team at Mountain Flowers was terrific today. We were not 100% satisfied with our prom corsage. My son brought it in and they fixed it up beautifully AND sent him home with a lovely bouquet for me. 
That is great customer service!

I recently called 15 minutes before close of business to send some Roses to a very dear friend . They not only took my order but they made a same day delivery !  Beautiful quality flowers and great service !

Was researching floral shops in preparation for upcoming Wedding. This shop rank last out of 24 floral shops. 
Something must be seriously wrong with the service here.

I tried to use this shop for my wedding in Aspen last summer. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO TERRIBLY BY ANYONE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. The owner of this shop is the rudest person I have ever interacted with. From the very first call she acted like I was bothering her and was uninterested in my order. She would NEVER call or email me back. When I had the audacity to call her back days later, she  was so rude and even HUNG UP on me. The ONLY time she was pleasant was after 4 weeks of trying to get in touch with her (my wedding was less than 3 weeks away), I called and told her that I am very disappointed in her services and do not trust her to provide flowers for my wedding...her response ? (a quick, sarcastically happy) "OKAY GREAT THANKS BYEE :)! (click)" - unbelievable. I cannot believe this woman receives any business at all. I ended up googling "flower shops near Aspen" and found "Accent on Wildflowers" in SnowMass. I immediately called them (literally crying after my terrible experience with this Mountain Flowers shop) and "Accent on Wildflowers" was truly a Godsend. They were so kind and wonderful and, get this, they ACTUALLY GAVE ME MORE THAN 2 MINUTES OF THEIR TIME AND SPOKE TO ME ABOUT WHAT FLOWERS I WAS INTERESTED IN FOR MY WEDDING DAY. Accent on Wildflowers created the most incredible flower arrangements for our wedding. They were so caring and we had such a positive experience working with them. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this horrible shop. Unless you are going to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on flowers, Wendy will treat you like a peasant wasting her time.
