When I first came in, I was a little skeptical about it, but the staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Who knew vinegar could taste so good? After some tasting, I was basically hooked. The Blackberry Ginger Balsamic is stellar! Very cozy and enjoyable store. Definitely pay it a visit!

Amazing experience! Was not sure about all the flavors and how it worked but the lady walked me through the process and sampling and I left with 4 bottles that have changed my cooking life! I'm totally hooked and drive into town to go there. My kids get mad if we are out of the black current Balsamic!

The variety was almost overwhelming. If you love oil olive and balsamic vinegar this shop is a great place to visit while in Park City.
