If you aren't a hardened criminal, but you'd like the experience of being treated like one, this is the place for you! I am pleasantly surprised that we didn't receive a strip search once we decided to leave this fine establishment.

Kind of a random store, but they have a unique selection!

We went in to look around and it was painfully obvious that they had trained the 7-8 year old girl (probably one of the associates granddaughter) to follow people around upstairs so they don't steal. We are white so at least they don't discriminate and just treat everyone like they are ciminals.

We bought a ring at Southwest Indian Traders in June of 2012 and returned it soon afterward. The ring had not been worn and was returned for wrong size. The sales person said that they could only do a store credit, which we accepted. We have not been back to Park City since, but are planning on returning during this Christmas Season (2013.) I pulled out the store credit certificate and saw that it had an expiration date of June 2013. I called and spoke to Holly who informed me that there was nothing she could do, as this was store policy. I am very upset that this company has now taken $155 of my money, for which I am receiving nothing. I will not be returning to shop at Southwest Indian Traders, and will be careful about shopping anywhere in Park City, UT if this is the type of customer service they offer.
