The treats are always tasty. I personally love the English toffee. My family enjoys the fudge, caramel apples and chocolate-dipped marshmallows. Sadly, they do not have great customer service at the Park City location. I don't blame them for being miserable. The slightest crowd in that tiny place quickly gets confused and impatient. Management should create a way for customers to wait in an organized line, then order one or two at a time, instead of cramming up against the display cases, questioning if it will all be worth it. A chocolate store should be a happy place. This place always leaves me feeling a bit sad inside; luckily, their confections make up for it. Sorta. Bottom line: If you're lucky enough to visit when it's slow and quiet, this place is pleasant and delicious.

Caramel apples and ice cream and chocolate. The kids loved the ice cream. Good service. People were kind.

This place was like my home the last Summer and the only thing that I can say is that the smell and the chocolate here are enough to improve your day! ❤️ And for those who said that is a bad customer service, well it’s not, I worked there and we always tried to do our best helping the customers. Just think that is not their fault if they are busy and can’t help you right away or maybe they have a bad moment or day and can’t smile 24/24 hours. 😊

Nice little shop with a huge variety of sweets and ice cream. It is well priced with great quality snacks, and the employees were very friendly and patient.

Great delicious ice creams but bad custumer service. I wanted to have a good time with my family, but only got a bad unfriendly service.
