Having played multiple sports for over two decades, I beat my body up especially my knees. I was blessed to find Dr. Bentley has he performed four knee surgeries on me over the course of roughly ten years, and I would gladly have him perform another if it came to it. Today I am still running around with my family at the park and enjoying other activities. His best features in my opinion is he doesn't sugarcoat the facts. He gives you all the information after an extensive mobility test, and he goes the extra mile if necessary. Normally an ACL tear takes 2 plus hours, but Dr. Bentley put in another 2 hours to simultaneously repair my torn meniscus as well. Thank you sir! Be forever blessed

My experience with Dr. Bently was not good. I went to see him because I wanted his expert advice. Instead all he did was tell me what my chiropractor had already told me. Actually my chiropractor gave me a much better explanation. His solution for me was to give me a shot to ease my pain! I paid him $226.00 for nothing and I had to pay before he saw me. He also thanked me for not using insurance. I think he probably has the knowledge to have helped me but he just did not care. He did not help me at all. I happened to see the comment Dr. Bently wrote in response to my review. A month has gone by and I have not received a check from him. I would also like to add that when I saw Dr. Bently I already knew about my condition. I was not expecting a miracle as he mentioned in his comment. I wanted to know what treatment I could do for my condition not to get worse. He had also mentioned to me that he was going to send a letter to my doctor and me, and we never received it.

I have had surgery on both my shoulder and knee preformed by Dr. Bentley. In both cases my recovery was faster than expected. I had a screw put in my left knee to reattach my MCL to my femur. I had an expected recovery of 6 months and was able to recover in 4. I got numerous opinions before I had surgery on my shoulder and the other doctors I visited with gave me a longer time frame and did not seem comfortable with doing the surgery. Dr. Bentley was confident and did a great job. I played 4 years of college football after my shoulder surgery and two after my knee surgery and had no problems with either.

Dr. Bentley is a awesome doctor. His staff is wonderful and really take ingest I their patients. Would recommend him to friends andfamily. His office is now in Encinitas well worth the drive.

Emergency surgery January 31st 2015! Broke my femur,biggest bone in my body,never Even met the man till one hour before. He was great, I was scared to death. He walked in Wearing charger shirt! Very to the point,put me at ease, I hate going under,his anesthesiologist put me at ease,said I could be twighlighted! Great. Scripps Encinitas great,nurses great. Took really good care of me. Before,during and after. Would recommend to everyone. Knows what he's doing,one long pin and a couple screws and I'm doing much better . 2 thumbs up Thanks Dr. Bentley
