Appointment desk Confusion. Took in person visit and couple phone calls to match my appointment to their books correctly. Once I got in Suite 302 to see Doctor, he was fantastic as well as the nurse that I seen prior. Was told be Doctor I would receive prescription, which i did, 30 pills for 15 days taken twice daily. After 17 days I called to reorder some more. The front desk gal, says I have taken too many pills and that I need to speak with a nurse. She takes call as says oh yes, you were to take one by mouth twice daily. Perplexed, I said I did. It's been 17 days, I ran out couple days ago. After being put on hold, nurse comes back on to say she misunderstood, thought I had pill count of 60. I said no problem and indicated I also was feeling under the weather. I showed up without an appointment to Suite 302. I was the only one in the room and very kindly let the receptionist know, I do not have an appointment, I would like to see a doctor, any doctor, as I do not feel well. I was sneezing , coughing, scratchy throat, etc. I stood about ten feet away as respect for the receptionist. The receptionist asked if this was over the pill situation? I said, no. This is seperate and the pill situation is being resolved. She searched for a Doctor, after a 30-40 minute wait, a nurse called me in. She was very nice, asked if this is over the pill count situation. I said no. I feel ill and was hoping to see doc to counter this sickness coming on. She directed our to the hallway receptionist. Different gal, sits five feet from the first gal I talked too. I told her I wished to see a Doctor. She replied I wish you would have mentioned this, our last opening just filled up! I said I made it very clear in the waiting room I wanted to see a Doctor, any Doctor. She directed me back to the original waiting room. I waited about 30-40 more minutes and left disgusted. Like I said, Nurse I seen and the Doctor I had seen a few weeks prior, were fantastic! The front desk receptionists are another thing. I was very patient, they were abrupt and/or without answers.

Very rude service here. Tried to call several times hung up on or passed around to multiple people. This location has the worst staff many people are complaining about how Peggy yells at patients & disconnects them when they ask for a appointment. This location should be closed down for gross incompetence.

Despite my having very costly medical insurance, this billing department never notifies me of any remaining balances I owe. This is now the third time that I learn FROM A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY that I owe Scripps money. When I wade through Scripps' automated voicemail labyrinth to speak to a human, they invariably tell me, "Sorry, it's out of our hands now. You have to pay this debt collection agency now." I NEVER GOT THE BILL IN THE FIRST PLACE! I've verified my billing address, phone number and Eddress THREE TIMES, and this company still cannot send me a bill--it goes straight to collections, and I get treated like a deadbeat. The words "medical billing" already have a very negative connotation when used together, but this organization takes it to new depths of suck. If I ever get hurt, I now must ask myself: "Is this injury worth my credit taking another unwarranted hit again? Or can I just set this broken bone myself?" If I were an organgutan, I'd use my feet to give this $#ithole FOUR thumbs way, way down.

Always a great experience. I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes to see my Dr. They even called me a week after my appt. to see if I was improving. Great service!

Diagnosed with episodic atrial fibulation in mid Jan and given 3 prescriptions. I called to make an appt, but unable to be seen until May. So, I went to the office to tell them that the meds are making me very drowsy. Dr. Ahmed is out of the office all week so when the nurse told him about my concern Dr. Ahmed changed the meds 'to see if this will help'. I'm highly concerned about the A-Fib and med change without being seen.
