Great bank . But I don't really care the teller Shirley. When I was pregnant she made several rude remarks about my age which is 23 and how I shouldn't be pregnant like I have no career job. And also had a problem with me having tattoos. I had to leave feedback on the website and order for the attitude to be adjusted and they responded quickly . Had this bank for almost 10 years and love the service . Also needs more tellers . There's about 6 stations and AT MOST 3 are open on a good day

Every time that I have gone to this branch I have had no problem. Once when a problem came up it was resolved easily. Nice ,friendly staff

Well, I love Miami Postal Sevice Credit Union an I always will. But customer service and people skills are needed!!! Worker by the name of Shirley was so focused on telling me to go back in the line until I was called, she wasn't aware that I said "Good Morning"! This isn't the first time with the rude behavior. It's not what you say. It's how it's said. I'm demanding better customer service...

Tenia muy buenas referencias de este banco, pero cuando necesite q me ayudaran, no lo hicieron y siempre cumpli con ellos. Ojala puedan elaborar un plan para ciertos eventos q pueden suceder y no tomar medidas drasticas sin pensar en el cliente.
