Mr. Dunderbak's is always great.  It's German inspired, but not authentic, as they will tell you themselves.  Lots of sausages, bratwurst, schnitzel, just to mention a few things on the menu.  More beer of different types, both bottled and homemade, than I can count.  And it's good beer.  It's says before you walk in that there are no frosted mugs.  They want you to taste the beer.  Mich of the food is made from scratch and in huge portions.  The black forest cake is homemade and fantastic.  I've never had a bad meal there.  They have live music at times as well buts it's not so loud you can't have a conversation.  A very nice place with great food and a knowledgeable and friendly staff.  Go and enjoy.

Me and my son absolutely loved this place. They had an amazing selection of great beers, great root beer and authentic German and American style German food. The sauerbraten was very good. We loved the music and the German grocery items. I felt like I was in Germany. I would recommend to anyone. I wish I lived closer.

It was my first time at Mr. Dunderbak's tonight and I am so very happy I went. I have always heard nothing but good conversations about "Dunderbak's"...now I agree with my friends. The food and cider was amazing. The staff was very fun, attentive and I felt very comfortable hanging out there. I will definitely be coming back soon!! Keep up the good work!

Went for a late lunch today at about 2:30. Was not crowded but was not busy either. Service was very good food was very good I got a chef salad and it was excellent! Background music is nice they have a very good selection of German food and more. Of course there's a lot of beer which we don't drink but I see there's a lot of different kinds. You can't miss out on this if you want something really different for food and also atmosphere.

If I could give this place six stars, I would! Wonderful ambience and serving staff, fantastic selection of beers, and a menu full of authentic food. The pork schnitzel was on point and reminded me of my trips to Germany in years gone by. Make sure to get it with a side of the potato pancakes! The sausages were savory and packed into a crisp lining! To top it all off there is a large selection of dry goods from Europe for you to take home!
