A little hole in the wall joint which I love but I should have known something was up when they had no cups for drinks. A customer offered to go get him cups and he actually allowed that. They were out of several sides that you didn't find out about until you finished ordering. The final straw was that they had no way to take credit cards. His system was down so no credit cards, which he was accepting via iPad, and he couldn't give me a receipt which was not attached at all. I don't care how the food tastes I will not come back simply based on the experience. The extra start was for him seemingly being sorry about it.

Went there 3 days ago and ordered oxtails with yellow rice, cabbage, mac and cheese, collard greens, and cornbread. Oh and a drink. They have no cups so bring your own. The food was horrible I cannot believe someone would serve a plate of black dry looking oxtails. I was so disappointed I had to get my oxtail fix. The next day I drove to safety harbor to miss Hazel's kitchen to get some real authentic ox tails in gravy. Oh and aunties soul food did not give me a receipt so I don't know if I overpaid since the prices were written on the menu.

If you have any problems they never mind fixing it. I love they way she courteously handles the customers. I eat there every other day An I Love it

First time was amazing! Second time not so much. The rice was super Soggy and we didn't get the extra side we paid for. Great first Impression but could have been better the 2nd time .
