My experience with Friends Furniture: - Found a set we liked, struck a price, put down a deposit. When came time to deliver they requested the remainder of the balance be paid in CASH. Adamant about being paid in cash because paying via. debit wasn't "part of the deal" even though the original price included tax. - Delivery persons were rude where they didn't even say "hello". While bringing in the furniture they were forcing the set through the door. Also had to ask the one individual to remove his shoes twice before entering my house. They also spoke no English so if you don't speak Punjabi good luck! - One of my pieces of furniture didn't come with feet/legs. Going on 2 weeks now still no legs, always being given the run around.. If you're into bs the owner is the one to talk to. Also if there is anyone from the CRA looking at this review. You will have no issues finding multiple cases of fraud especially since these people aren't very organized.

Got a great bedroom set from here and I got a great deal. Everything was handled well and I got the furniture of my dreams . I would check out these guys before the bigger guys cause I'm sure these guys will give you a better deal for more! Thank you for giving me great service

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE Purchased a leather sectional and it was delivered March 27, 2018. The delivery persons damaged 1 of the recliners during delivery. It is now May 3rd and it is not replaced or repaired. No responses to my emails and when I phone I keep being informed the technician will come and no one comes or calls. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I went to this store and saw they had nice dining table sets. I referred my inlaws to go there as they were looking for a set. They purchased a sofa set and dining set in full, cash upfront. The sofa set was delivered to the house but until today (April 11th) the dining set was never delivered and our calls are being ignored (it's been one month since the purchase)...customer service reps at the store say they'll check on the order and call us back but never do. Then when we call back to inquire, they don't answer our phone calls. This is beyond ridiculous for a franschise to be doing this to hardworking customers. We work hard for the money we earn and the last thing we want is to get cheated on by crooked thieves. If anyone is planning on going to this place, turn around and go to The Brick or Leon's...you'll be better off to spend a little more money but know in the end you will receive your product. If these people don't give our money back for the dining set or deliver the product, my next step is going to the police and TV media. Everyone should know that Friends Furniture is a bunch or lying, stealing crooks!

Owner of this store is soo rude like you should know how to greet a customer. As I entered the store i was not happy the way the owner behaved was very rude towards us like he owns a furniture learn how to respect and teach some good etiquette towards your customer i dont reccemend to anyone if the owner behave like that he really needs to learn some good manners. The name of store should be unfriendly furniture. Deals and furnitures are in every store most important thing is customer service which this store have zero..... same deasl you can find from factory stores in Bramton missisauga to, so my friend owner a small advice for you....... learn some respect for customers you just own a storw not hamilton
