Dennis was a pleasure to work with.  He was so knowledgeable and also found ways to save money by repairing instead of replacing the dryer vent and the toilet inner parts.  I would definitely recommend Mr. Handyman and Dennis and using them again in the future.  I am a Realtor and am always looking for great contractors.

First round with this company was above par - the handyman arrived 10 minutes early and was efficient in getting the work done.  This time around, we set another Saturday morning 8:00 appointment, and by 8:15, he hadn't arrived.  No phone call, nothing.  Called at 8:10, Melissa said he was stuck in traffic.  I'm on a tight schedule today, so at 8:15, called back and cancelled.  I'll move on to someone else.

Quality work. Polite handymen. Show up on time and work steadily for 8 hrs. Kept me informed about the project and what would get done each day.  Covered furniture and cleaned up at end of each day. Project manager followed up to make sure that we were satisfied with quality of work and progress.

Dennis was great. I already have more work that I would like for him to do. Mr. Handyman is a excellent option that we will continue to use.

I called this company because I found their coupon for a free hour of work. From beginning to end, their service was outstanding and very professional.  They gave me a date and time they would arrive, and they called ahead to confirm it.  My handyman, Ken, arrived exactly on time at 8:00 a.m. I took him through the house and showed him what I wanted him to do. He prioritized my list by how long it would take him to complete each task, then got to work right away. I had a long list, and he completed everything in 4 hours. He made sure that I was happy with each job as he finished it. The day after they did the work, they e-mailed to ensure I was still happy,  to see if I had any questions, etc.  I was extremely impressed with them, and I'm already putting my list together for the next time I ask them to come!
