If you’ve never experienced great service before then here’s your chance. These guys have really cheap prices and the quality of their work is just commendable. Amazing energy and really friendly. I’d recommend them to everyone I know.

This company will rip you off and refuse to take ownership for issues. We had Scardina come out and service the furnace on our property and have had nothing but trouble since. When we called to have them come back out to adders the problem they were not upfront about service charges and then refused to do anything to make the situation right even though they were the last ones to touch the furnace-- instead quoting us a $600 part and a $1000 flow check. The HVAC Manager Jeremy was rude, unsympathetic, and does not understand the concept of building a good business rapport. Don't hire them, don't work with them, and definitely do NOT sign any contracts with them because they will not follow through.

Bottomline:
     Very positive experience (2nd in a row dealing with Scardina located in Millersville).  Would highly recommend this vendor.

Details:
     My central heating unit was shutting off intermittently, so I cross-referenced databases from the Better Business Bureau and the Maryland Home Improvement Commission and located vendors who were in good standing and licensed by the State.  Among the vendors listed, I chose Scardina because they were  the closest to my location and I had a positive experience with them last year with a exterior plumbing issue.
     Our technician, Rick W., was not able to reproduce the problem that we had but did perform recommended maintenance to the unit.  He was respectful, very thorough, did not talk "down" to me and explained all of the troubleshooting steps that he told and why he took them.  I am hopeful, that his maintenance activity resolved the problem, but I will update this post as necessary.
    As with the last previous job, pricing was reasonable and competitive, especially after the military discount.

I called Scardina because I had a couple busted pipes and my heat pump went out all at the same time due to water damage. They called  me and sincerely apologize that they weren’t able to make it out that day, which I completely understood calling them giving only late notice. They scheduled it for the very next day. The plumber Mark showed up, he was very nice And professional but seeing the amount of work that needs to be done he thought it was best to calling his boss to get a better idea of what needed to be done and where to start. To say the least it was an absolute mess. Mark Dunton (supervisor, yes both names Mark) came out and asked me what my plan was with the house. I explained  The busted pipes and the heat pump going out in result, he called the office not knowing that there was a heat pump ticket. The heat pump man, rick,  was on his way home and got called back to work to come to my house and evaluate what needed to be done with the heat pump. Mark the supervisor stayed throughout the completion of all of the work which most companies won’t do if they’ll even send the superiors out at all. The plumbing was done in about an hour which amazed me, and a part needed to be ordered for the heat pump. It came in the next day  and was installed before noon.  Simply amazing, especially given the condition of this house after the damage. Even a shored me that although it seems like the worst thing in the world that they’d seen much worse and everything would be all right. These guys could not of been more professional in anyway shape or form and top-of-the-line work to boot .  I’d recommend them to any family member, friend, colleague, stranger, will you get the idea , anybody .
