Worst customer service ever! Called this company for what we thought was only a leaky faucet. However, my husband noticed that under the bottom of one of the drains, a piece was very loose. When the repairman came to fix the faucet (which was in fact leaking), my husband showed him the other piece, to which he replied-"Oh if it's not broke, then don't fix it and it doesn't look like it's leaking". Not a week later, we look under our cabinet and sure enough, there's water. It took about 5 minutes of running the sink to see a slow leak coming from-you guessed it-that drain. My husband calls back to complain, and the owner says the best he'll do is cut $30 off of the $150 rate for the first hour. THAT'S THE BEST YOU CAN DO???? Never again.

Answered the phone after hours, called while en route, arrived on time as promised, worked outside in freezing temps, fixed a pretty messy situation quickly and the price was extremely fair for an "emergency service." I work with contractors on a daily basis and the team at Chesapeake exceeded my expectations. First time customer. Thank you.

John arrive 1.5 hours early and found the problem immediately. He had to run to the supply house to get a part he didn't have, but was back within a half an hour; the problem was fixed within 20 minutes of that. He cleaned up after himself also. he was extremely personable and friendly and after looking at a second issue for me, explained that it was something I could fix myself and saved me a good amount of money. I will definitely use them again. I appreciated the honesty and the friendly service.

They were fast, curtious, honest,&affordable.
John didn't try to sell us any services we didn't need. He fixed what we needed fixed quickly
and proffesionaly. I highly recommend Chesapeak Plumbing and will be a repeat customer.

We just had our fifth job completed with Chesapeake Plumbing.  We are 100% happy with their services and fee.  We have never had to call them back for a problem that they have fixed.  We have had at least 3 different guys from Chesapeake and all of them are prompt and courteous.  You will not be sorry if you hire them to meet your plumbing needs.
